Wenn Sie ausländischer Staatsbürger sind und die ungarischen Behörden Ihre Dokumente im Rahmen des Asylverfahrens beschlagnahmt haben, müssen Sie Folgendes tun:
Schicken sie uns per E-Mail alle ihren aktuellen Dokumenten und das untere Antragsformular.

Wir leiten die Anfrage lediglich an die Nationale Generaldirektion für Ausländerpolitik weiter. Wir möchten Sie darauf aufmerksam machen, dass die Entscheidung von dieser Behörde getroffen wird! Das Verfahren kann 6-12 Monate dauern.
Im Falle einer positiven Entscheidung benachrichtigen wir Sie, sobald die beschlagnahmten Dokumente eingetroffen sind und abgeholt werden können.
Information regarding seized documents
If you are a foreign citizen and the Hungarian authorities have seized your documents as part of the asylum procedure, you must do the following:
Send us all your current documents and the following form in an e-mail.

We forward your request to the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing. We would like to draw your attention that the decision is made by that authority! The procedure can take 6-12 months.
In case of a favorable decision, we will notify you when the seized documents have arrived and can be collected.
